Who I Am
From the bakery to the boardroom, the studio to the student center, I’ve always been drawn to stories — the ones we tell, the ones we live, and the ones still waiting to be shaped.
I’m Jayden Davis — a strategist and storyteller fueled by a passion for culture, commerce, and community. With a BBA in Marketing and Film & Media Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, I’ve built a multidisciplinary foundation through work at Krispy Kreme, Tomorrow Studios, Blumhouse, and United Talent Agency (UTA), along with leadership roles that reflect my ability to execute, collaborate, and lead across functions.
My experience spans scripted development, brand marketing, post-production, and experiential work — grounded in creative insight and operational rigor. At Krispy Kreme, I helped launch global marketing campaigns across 18,000+ points of access, authored a brand resilience playbook for senior leadership, and developed internal decks to align cross-functional teams; at Tomorrow Studios, I pitched original feature and TV concepts, supported executive decision-making, and collaborated with the big three talent agencies; and at Blumhouse, I managed VFX breakdowns, archival asset cleanups, and licensing workflows to keep both story and structure in focus.
But what fuels my work isn’t just experience — it’s perspective. I’ve studied and traveled through Sydney, Bali, Fiji, Mexico, and more, and I’m drawn to companies with a global lens and a human heart. While working with the Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA), I supported 120+ international programs and audited academic records for students at University College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin. No matter the project or timezone, I lead with empathy, communicate across contexts, and deliver with intention.
Outside of work, I build community. I’ve served as President of the Emory Club Gymnastics Team, an Executive Producer for BLACKSTAR* Magazine — Emory’s one and only Black publication — and President of the Club Sports Council: experiences that taught me how to plan, delegate, advocate, and execute. These roles shaped the kind of teammate and leader I am today.
I’m driven by the belief that the best stories don’t just entertain — they inspire action and create connection. As I continue to grow, I aim to shape work that resonates across cultures, builds lasting brands, and leaves an authentic mark on the world.
How I Work
My strength lies in the space between logic and imagination. I thrive on clarity but am energized by possibility. My best work comes from cross-functional collaboration, deep narrative thinking, and outcome-driven ideation.
